The quality service that Brad rendered was TOP NOTCH!! I needed pipes replaced, 4 bathroom faucet, 1 kitchen faucet, and a toilet repaired. Brad worked 7 1/2 without stopping. He is kind, friendly, honest and understands plumbing better than any other plumber I have ever had. Brad is a three generation plumber he started plumbing with his grandpa and dad. I just used Modern Plumbing & Heating last week to run some HVAC ducts for me, and they did a great job. The tech called before he showed up, and then showed up right on time.
