We were having an issue with our furnace. Modern sent out Calvin to see what our issue was. He was very polite and kept us updated on his arrival. When entering our home, he put on booties. He promptly found the issue and discussed my options with me. We made a plan and he called the warehouse to have the part he needed for the repair set aside. Calvin wasn't able to get the part installed that day but it wasn't that cold yet. He arranged for someone to come out and get the part installed. We had heat! Yay! A few days had passed and the furnace stopped working again. Calvin returned and was able to determine that the vent for the gas burners were not properly draining the water that would build up. He redid the exhaust plumbing and secured it so we wouldn't have this issue again. I was shocked when he pulled out a battery powered vacuum to clean up his mess, going farther than where he worked. I appreciate his hard work and for Modern doing all they can to make sure we can stay warm this winter.
